Boost Your Immunity

I've had many people interested in boosting their immune system. They've asked what else can I take besides vitamin C, Zinc, and Echinacea or Elderberry? I mentioned Vitamin D, liposomal vitamin C and liposomal glutathione at the end of my blog and video coping with COVID-19.

We have available in the office a specific formulation to help the immune system cope with viruses which helps with colds the flu. While there is no cure for the cold or flu taking this formulation just before or at the start of the ache, malaise,  or stuffy nose can shorten its course or make it milder. The formulation includes an extract from the leaves and underground stem from a plant native to South Asian countries such as India and Sri Lanka. The plant is Andrographis and there are people who have claimed that Andrographis stopped the 1919 flu epidemic in India, but this may be harder to prove by our scientific standards today.  However, it has a long history of use for sore throat, coughs, swollen tonsils, bronchitis, allergies,  "hardening of the arteries " or arteriosclerosis, and in the prevention of heart disease and diabetes. It also has been used for snake and insect bites,  loss of appetite,  kidney problems,  hemorrhoids,  and Mediterranean fever.  Andrographis also kills bacteria acting as an astringent as well as a painkiller, fever reducer, and first the treatment of worms.

We named the formulation ViraX . You would normally take 2 capsules a day but can take more if at the start of the infection. Please call our office or email for more information.  I hope you take care and stay healthy.
