Muscle aches or fatigue?

Hi, it's Dr. Jeffrey Mark. Today I'd like to talk to you about energy, and I'd like to use an example first for you sports fans out there. February 7 2021. This is the date of Super Bowl 55. And on this day, we're going to be seeing two different quarterbacks, one quarterback Tom Brady from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is 43 years old. The other quarterback. Patrick Mahomes is 25 years old. So you're figuring there may be a difference in terms of their energy level, stamina and other performance measures. But as you know, we age differently. We have a chronological age, which is the age that we're from the date of birth, and then we have a physiological age, which is the way our cells actually age so sometimes we can look like we're younger and function younger. If we do certain lifestyle changes, and exercise, eat right, and have good genetics, but of course the predominant factors are the choices that you make, 80%, of how you age is the decisions that you make, and only 20% may be accounted for genetically. Tom is obviously older, but he can compensate with supplementation for differences in energy. And one thing that helps with energy is supplementing with CO q 10. Let me give you an entertaining illustration of CO q 10 and energy. The word energy can mean a lot of things. The sun gives solar energy, a dam produces kinetic energy and the food we eat gives us the energy to live and move. However, as we age, the same foods don't seem to give the energy they once did. Many look to quick fixes like caffeine, but these just mask the underlying problem. In order for the cells in your body to produce usable energy called ATP, they must perform complex chemical dances called the Krebs cycle, and oxidative respiration, these require a partnership between many nutrients from the foods, and others, your body produces naturally, such as coenzyme Q 10. After each 30, natural co q 10 production declines. This is countered by certain lifestyle factors as well as common medications such as beta blockers and statins that deplete co q 10 levels.  The energy loss from co q 10 insufficiency has been linked to muscle aches and weakness, occasional fatigue and brain fog.  Fortunately addressing co q 10 insufficiency is easy to do with proper supplementation. Co q 10 is a popular supplement, many brands build on this notoriety with outlandish claims, but do not deliver on their promises.  When you're choosing a co q 10 supplement, look for brands that base their formulas on science, quality (the cGMP label) and effectiveness.  MarkCoQ100 formulated by All Functional Health is pharmaceutical grade (certified Good Manufacturing Product or cGMP) that  delivers evidence based raw materials, using a suspended solubilized co q 10 with three times greater absorption over powder from other co Q10 products.  Choose the right partner to help boost your energy production, and get back to feeling your best.  Click here to purchase or contact us at AFH today for the right formulation of CO q 10 for you.
